Miniature Bearings
We offer a wide range of High Precision Ball Bearings ranging from 1mm bore diameter and above, in ABEC 1 to ABEC 9 classes of precision.
These bearings are available in bearing steel as well as in corrosion resistance stainless steel 440C material in shielded and open types, as well as with flange, to suit specific requirements of the customers in metric and inch dimensions. These bearings have many applications in Nuclear, Manipulators, Computer Peripherals, Office Machines, Robots, Medical Instruments, Dental Applications, Audio and Video Equipments etc.
Mac also supply bearings for extreme operating conditions viz., high temperature, low temperature and radiation, where the bearings supplied are treated with solid lubricants like MOS2, Micro seal ,etc.
These bearings are available in 1mm dia and above in many versions based on 18 basic types of 68, 69, 60 series (metric) and 6 basic types of R series (inch).They are available in high carbon chromium steel or stainless steel, plain or flanged, shielded or open types. This particular line of miniature bearings enables manufacturers to further downsize their products without limitations on requirements for high speed, low starting and friction torque, low vibrations, low noise.

Deep Groove Ball / Radial Bearings
Deep groove ball bearings are particularly versatile. They are simple in design, non-separable, suitable for high load and high speed and are robust in operation, requiring little maintenance. Because deep groove ball bearings are the most widely used bearing type, they are available from MAC in many designs, variants and sizes.
Radial bearings accommodate loads that are predominantly perpendicular to the shaft. The bearings are typically classified by the type of rolling element and shape of the raceways.
Angular Contact Bearings
Angular contact ball bearings have raceways in the inner and outer rings that are displaced relative to each other in the direction of the bearing axis. This means that they are designed to accommodate combined loads, i.e. simultaneously acting radial and axial loads. The axial load carrying capacity of angular contact ball bearings increases with increasing contact angle. The contact angle is defined as the angle between the line joining the points of contact of the ball and the raceways in the radial plane, along which the load is transmitted from one raceway to another, and a line perpendicular to the bearing axis.
